The senior management had over seventy years experience in social housing in the region and knew exactly what they wanted to achieve. This is culture was set up by adopting the principles of Constructing Excellence and Investors in People.
In addition to achieving high standards of workmanship, Dunelm Property Services have set very high standards in Customer Care on all their projects and particularly on their refurbishment projects where residents remain in their own homes.
