
As Chairman of Dunelm Property Services, David has responsibility for the forward strategy and direction of the business within the North East, Yorkshire and Cumbrian regions.
With nearly 40 years experience in the building industry, and more specifically over 16 years in social housing in the North East region, David brings a wealth of experience, but more importantly an openness, honesty and respect for others that seeks to ensure a fair deal for all.
Those who have worked for David are aware of the high values and principles that he has always embraced. In order that these values are upheld, he attends many of the major meetings and maintains a watching brief throughout the life of projects.

As Managing Director, Stephen has overall responsibility for the business, expanding the team and ensuring that the core values are achieved.
With 30 years experience in the construction industry, and more specifically 12 years in social housing in the North East region, Stephen brings a wealth of experience, but more importantly an openness, honesty and respect for others that seeks to ensure a fair deal for all.
Those who have worked with Stephen are aware of the high values and principles that he has always embraced. He values his people and encourages autonomy through empowerment and ownership, whilst maintaining a supportive management structure to ensure successful outcomes for all.

Construction Director is to take full responsibility of the “sharp” end and to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, to budget and to a high quality.
Colin has over 20 years experience in social housing at various levels. He is very much a people person and understands other peoples needs and values.
Colin’s many years experience in social housing has given him an understanding of the needs and requirements of the residents. He takes time to listen, is proactive in helping others and believes in respecting other people’s feelings and needs.

Graham is the Commercial Director for the Company and is responsible for all aspects of budgets, pricing, contracts, supply chain management, financial management and reporting.
Having always lived in the North East, he has a real desire to improve the standard of housing and quality of life throughout the area.
He also sees the provision of training and employment for local people as a major contribution to the local economy. He believes in fair, reasonable and non adversarial relationships with all parties throughout the building process.

Heather is the Customer Services Director and has responsibility for developing, maintaining and monitoring all the systems for running the business from initial contact, through tenant care procedures to handover and completion of the maintenance period.
Heather has over 20 years experience in social housing. Her life experiences have shown her that people should always come first and listening to what people say is vital.
She works well with people at all levels and always has the residents’ welfare in mind. Heather has a good eye for detail and ensures that things are done professionally at all stages of the service delivery.
