
Dunelm Property Services Ltd has always put its people first in all its processes. This culture is based on respect, respect for its own staff, their wellbeing, training and most importantly their safety and respect for their customers and their customers’ residents.
This culture has resulted in the company delivering on their promises to their staff and customers which has in turn resulted in a dramatic growth rate. With now over 150 staff it was particularly pleasing that they were accredited by ‘Investors in People’ within 3 years of its creation. This is a testament to the respect in which the company holds the whole of its workforce.
Each year, Spring and Autumn, Team Away days are held when the workforce spend a Saturday morning hearing about how the company has grown, receive a “Big Thank You” for their efforts and are informed of the companies future plans.
The company believes in keeping its entire workforce informed and uses regular team meetings, newsletters and direct mailings to home addresses to ensure that everybody is included.
