Esh Group companies each hold third party accreditation to an appropriate Quality Assurance Body as required by their industry sector specialism. It is a testimony to Dunelm Property Services that in such a short time of trading, national bodies, namely the NHBC and Zurich have recognised and approved our working practices.
Again, it is a credit to Dunelm Property Services and our working practices that we have been able to achieve Constructionline, CHAS and CAPS accreditation in only 2 years of trading and that we now also comply with the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Standards.
Every newly built home comes with the peace of mind of the Ten Year Buildmark Warranty provided by the NHBC. Throughout the build of each home the NHBC will inspect the work being carried out and, once the property is completed, will carry out a final inspection after which a Covernote is issued, providing they are satisfied, agreeing to provide the insurance for the property.
With regard to our refurbishment works, we have a dedicated Customer Care Team that consult, communicate and liaise with the communities in which we work. In keeping with our ethos of continuous improvement, our Customer Satisfaction Surveys provide us with vital information to improve the level of service we provide. In addition we have a Customer Care Hotline to support this process.
Throughout the business a strong culture of responsibility is engendered in all our employees to uphold quality standards and to play a proactive role in seeking and supporting continual improvement.
We are particularly proud that in March 2005, Dunelm Property Services was endorsed with the Investors in People Status. We fully embrace the culture encouraged by the IIP standard and will work to ensure that these standards are maintained.
