Commenting on the contracts
‘We have worked with Northumbrian Water for over 15 years on the Wastewater Network and, for the last five years, as Area Service Provider. During this time we have worked on a ‘partnering’ basis as an integrated team, with a dedicated
Dunelm Property Services, together with two other contractors, has been awarded a contract worth £105m over five years to carry out ‘Decent Homes Standards’ works on behalf of Erimus Housing in
‘The first phase will involve approximately 800 homes in the Berwick Hills and Park End areas of the borough; these will be completed by March 2006. After that a further 800 properties each year will be introduced into the programme.
