Three new director appointments to Dunelm Property Services, the social housing arm of the award winning Esh Group, have been announced.  Colin Ford becomes Construction Director, Graham Morgan becomes Commercial Director and Heather Newell becomes Customer Services Director.  All three, led by Managing Director David Halfacre, were part of the original team which formed the business in 2002.

Colin Ford has over 20 years construction experience in the housing sector.  He leads a team of contracts managers and site teams delivering a number of major partnerships within the social housing sector.  These include Erimus Housing, Tristar Homes, Enterprise 5, Cheviot, Tees Valley and Three Rivers.

Graham Morgan leads the commercial team and with over 15 years experience in the social housing Graham draws together a multi-skilled team to take responsibility for financial control within the Company.

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry primarily in the social housing sector, Heather Newell brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role as Customer Services Director.  As such she takes responsibility for business development and the Company’s rigorous Customer Care policies and processes.
