We are aware that many organisations have many and various views on “Partnering”, we prefer to think of it as working together or better still “Collaborative Working”.
Our vision is a world where cooperation is recognised as the foundation of success for business and for people.
Organisations do not usually choose a collaborative approach just for the sake of it; they do it because they want results that deliver success. Our collaborative approach is based on developing the right business relationship, one that is founded on trust and where challenging is not only accepted, but expected. It is a relationship that enables people to face up to real difficulties openly, certain that the response will be one of helping to solve the problem together. A relationship that releases the drive, energy and enthusiasm to seek the best solutions, often more innovative ones, for it encourages and stimulates ideas; it removes the fear of speaking up; it is, in effect, the true foundation of continuous improvement.
The right business relationship alone will not produce all that is needed. The culture, the processes and the structure have to support the relationship and that relationship is, in truth, what enables people to work most effectively on the delivery needed.
