We ensure that surveys are correct and deliveries are timely, individual residents’ needs are understood, in depth programming is in place to ensure minimal time on site, disruption to residents is reduced and Health and Safety is fully considered.
Selecting the right project team, including customer care, subcontractors and suppliers, is paramount. To this end we monitor our performance at all times and feed this back to the project team to ensure a smooth process from survey to handover.
The whole process is geared to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and with zero defects on completion.
